Gather your friends for Friendsgiving at Horizons. Red Tail Ridge winemaker Nancy Irelan joins us in the private dining room for an evening of five paired courses, savory to sweet. Four savory courses are paired with Red Tail Ridge and Limnad wines, followed by a dessert from our in-house pastry chef with a final pairing from our sommelier. Course by course, Nancy shares the story behind her wines, her journey in wine and the Finger Lakes.

Red Tail Ridge is a Finger Lakes winery known for its sparkling program and red wines. The winery is LEED Gold certified and uses geothermal energy. Winemaker Nancy Irelan previously led viticulture and enology research and development at E&J Gallo and is a James Beard Foundation semifinalist for Outstanding Wine, Spirits or Beer Producer.
